We want you to love your ChicNest purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us at your store email. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
